The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To complete a booking enquiry and proved you with a quote for live entertainment.
- To complete our booking process and source your requested artist.
- To fulfil our contractual obligations once a booking is confirmed.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Social Media and Marketing Campaigns
- Wedding Fair and Trade Show Lead Sourcing
We use the information that you have given us in order to complete your enquiry or booking with Suited Entertainment and our subcontracted Artists and Performers.
We may share this information with our artists upon confirming a booking. This is to ensure an artist can carry out their contractual duty.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on our secure servers and in our in house filing system, for our records. They will not be shared with any third parties that do not have a direct involvement in your enquiry or booking.
We keep information that you submit via www.suitedentertainment.co.uk or via email for 5 years. We will then dispose your information by clearing our databases as and when the specified time period has been satisfied. We keep your information should we ever need it to carry out audits and any other internal reviews.
